An introduction to animal transformation, including choosing an animal (or letting it choose you), getting into and out of headspace, interactions with a guide, and practical applications. This class is about how to mentally shapeshift and how to care for a human animal. Physical shifting is often achieved through the use of costuming, which will also be discussed. Transformation will be demonstrated.
