What do you do when you can’t stand through an hour long ritual? How do you raise energy when you can’t dance? When have you felt invisible in a ritual? Welcome, people with mobility issues, other sensitivities or ritualists wanting to be more inclusive. Let’s play with ground/center/shield and energy raising techniques and discuss adaptations that work. Participants are encouraged to bring percussion instruments.
